Bubblegum insurance products were withdrawn from sale on 1 November 2025.
It is no longer possible to buy or renew any policy. This change follows MoneySmart's decision to withdraw the Bubblegum brand from the market. This decision does not affect any existing policy or coverage.
Background on This Decision
MoneySmart launched Bubblegum to shake up the General Insurance market with better service and fresh experiences for Singaporeans. It's been a meaningful journey for our team. However, due to changes in market conditions and rising operational costs, we made the tough decision to discontinue the Bubblegum brand of General Insurance products.
This change took effect from 1 November 2025
Although Bubblegum products have been withdrawn, MoneySmart will continue to operate as a Registered Insurance Broker licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. We’re deeply thankful to every customer and partner who has supported us on this journey. Our commitment to customer service remains unchanged — we’ll continue supporting all policyholders throughout their policy period.
Access to the Bubblegum mobile app was also suspended on 1 November 2025. If you're a policyholder, you can still access all your policy details by logging in to your account, anytime, for the duration of your policy.
